The Diva's Challenge this week was to use 8s Parte Dos in a tangle. I had to practice this tangle a bit in my sketchbook and look at how other people were using it to understand it, but it was worth the effort. I would like to see more success in the future with making it look 3D.
My explorations in Zentangle, Zentangle Inspired Art, Ink Drawings, and Mixed-Media Art, plus some meanderings

Diva challenge #135
This week's Diva challenge was the use the new official Zentangle pattern, Well. I was also inspired by the Challenge 131 slide show the Diva sent out this week. Here are my two submissions, which each use three of the same patterns.
I'm not sure what the striped pattern is on the second tile below henna drum (maybe it's striping), but it was inspired by this tile by LeeAnn Denzer's second tile here.

First sale
I made my first art sale today. I sold this piece of Zentangle Inspired Art to Lana Eckel, owner and president of Intuitive Truths. It can be viewed in her office in Regina, Sk. I'm very honoured and flattered by her support.
This work is based an a tile I made using String 039. With the frame it measures 11" X 14". I can't believe I used only seven tangles for this large piece.
